What do you need from me?

On the product page you’ll fill in a short form with your characters and your story.

You can upload one photo per character (person or pet), but if you don’t have photos, no problem. Just describe them and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I choose the language of my comic?

Yes, absolutely.

We normally derive the language from the story you submit. If you prefer the comic in a different language, just let us know.

Can I approve the comic before it ships?

Yes.

You will first receive the comic script, so you can request changes to the story or dialogue. After that, we create your comic and send you a preview before printing.

If needed, you can request one small change. We want you to love the result. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, we’ll assume approval and proceed with printing.

How long does it take?

Creating your comic is a thoughtful, multi-step process.

Within 24 hours, we deliver the story scenario for your review. You then have 24 hours to request changes or refinements.

Once approved, we create the final illustrated comic, which takes up to 2 days. Before shipping, you can request one final round of adjustments to ensure everything feels just right.

Once approved, we print and ship within 1 day. Most orders arrive 2–3 days later, depending on your location.

What if I'm not happy with it?

If you’re not happy with the comic script, you can change anything you want — dialogue, story, or even request a completely new script.

And if the script still doesn’t feel right after that, we’ll refund you in full. No hassle.
