Refund policy
Because all of our products are personalized and custom-made specifically for you, they are non-refundable and not eligible for standard returns once your comic has been produced and delivered.
However, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you have any issue with your order, or if you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us. We review each situation individually and will do our best to find a fair solution.

Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the creation process of your comic has begun.
Once the creation process has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible. However, your order includes 2 free modifications, which you can use to request changes to your comic after production has started.
Script Phase
If your order is still in the script phase, you retain the right to review and request modifications to all scripts before illustration begins. A refund is still possible during this phase. Once the script has been approved and the illustration phase begins, the standard no-refund policy applies and only your 2 included free modifications remain available.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, as they are produced specifically for you. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
As noted above, a refund remains possible during the script phase, as your comic has not yet entered full production at that stage.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
