1. The script: within 24 hours you read the whole story, panel by panel. Edit the text, dialogue and characters yourself, as often as you like. We only start drawing once you approve it.

2. The drawing: then we draw the 9 panels and send you a preview first. Something to change? 2 changes to the drawing are included. Only then do we print.

We make your comic with our own software, which uses AI. Behind every comic is someone on our team who reads your story, works out every panel and has every panel that isn't right redone until it is.

Just like making a regular comic, only AI replaces the marker.

Each step counts from a different moment:

• Script: within 24 hours of your order.
• Drawing: within 2 working days of your OK on the script.
• Printing and shipping: within 1 working day of your OK on the drawing.
• Delivery: Belgium and the Netherlands 1 to 3 working days, France and Germany 2 to 4, UK 3 to 7.

If you approve quickly, your comic usually arrives within 5 to 9 days. You have 3 days to read the script and 5 days for the drawing. If we don't hear from you, we carry on so your gift arrives on time.

Script not right? Money back. You edit the script yourself, as often as you like. If you still don't like it after that, you get a full refund. Until you approve the script, you can cancel free of charge.
